A Guided Walk highlighting Folkestone’s Literary and Artistic History

To celebrate the first evening of British summertime and following the success of our ‘literary’ walk from Sandgate to Folkestone along the Leas for the Book Festival last November we are planning another for the 28th March 2010

Pavement Pounders have been devising and delivering walks and talks in London for some years, The Romantics in Hampstead, Coleridge in Highgate, Interwar Hampstead and Fitzrovia, to mention a few (www.pavementpounders.org.uk).
28th March 2010 at 3 p.m meet outside Sandgate Castle, the seaward side. Tickets £7. Book early as numbers per walk have to be limited. Walks last about 2 hours. If there is sufficient interest we may repeat this walk in the spring and summer. [b]Bookings; 01303-227150. Mob 0750-581-3297 Link Don’t miss it!
